Sophia- a film by Casey McGowan

Over the past couple of week the International Studies Department has been hosting the Second Annual International Film Festival. The festival features films from around the world. This year’s theme was women. The festival has been a huge success. Last night, as a part of the festival, the organizers showed some of the student films made by Manhattanville Students. These projects included Tyrannawizardon (directed by Caroline Lafotant et all), Ennui (Written and Directed by Arsalan Danish), Sophia (Written and Directed by Casey McGowan), and A Clean- Well Lighted Place (Written by Casey McGowan and Directed by Casey and Nicolas Santa). The films were very well received not only by the students but also by various faculty in the audience.
